Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to upgrade or continue on the Free plan.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Your existing links remain active and functional. However, if you have more than 50 links and downgrade to Free, you won't be able to create new ones until you're below the limit. No links are deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Pro users can connect 1 custom domain (e.g., go.yourbrand.com). Enterprise users can connect unlimited domains. Setup takes about 5 minutes with our step-by-step guide.
Is there a student or nonprofit discount?
